Facility Maintenance
All external maintenance and repairs will be cared for as part of the CAM. This will be carried out professionally, protecting the property values for all residents. The costs will be included in the monthly Common Area Maintenance charges.
Security – Parkside is guarded both manually and electronically 24/7. This is part of CAM.
Housekeeping – All the common area cleaning and general upkeep is taken care. This cost is part of CAM.
General – Repair and Maintenance, Support services of electrician, plumber, Cleaning of water reservoirs, Water supply, Painting Lobbies, internal common areas and external on a periodic intervals and are part of CAM.
Power – Power Supply from power distributing service provider plus standby power.
Dining
Common Dining Services – Residents have an option to select dining package compromising all three or any one meal. In order to build community participation and interaction one (1) meal a day in the communal dining is recommended. All menus comprise of nutritionally balanced meals. Efforts are made to offer special meals on festivals and holidays.
Lunch is a most sought after meal.
The meals are served from two separate kitchens a veg and non veg kitchens.
Optional / Additional meals available at suitable notice and at extra cost.
Tray service if recommended by the Community Physician on nominal additional delivery charges.
Well Being
Physiotherapy and Fitness Services – Parkside has a well equipped physiotherapy and a fitness center. Qualified physiotherapist is available to assist the occupant / residents with their physiotherapy and fitness needs during part of the day.
Yoga Classes – Provisions has been made to arrange yoga classes on specific days as per schedule.
Personal Care Service – Provision is there for providing special assistance like:
Assistance with personal – bathing, showering, shaving, tooth-brushing, toileting, dressing etc.

Help with eating and drinking
Mobility assistance including using specialist equipment
These services are provided by a care giver under the guidance of a nurse. These services are charged extra on per hour basis. These services are normally given on the recommendation of the comm unity physician.
Medical Room
Medical Room has a daily part time visiting Doctor. There are 3 nurses providing 24 hour cover. Special nursing and care giving facilities are also available. A standby arrangement with a hospital that ensures preferential is also available.
Social and Recreation
Discourses and lectures – Arrangements have been made for regular Discourses and lectures which help in the common gathering rooms as per schedule.
Group Outings – Group local outing are organized periodically.
Guest rooms / accommodation – This facility is not available at the moment.
Hobby Clubs – Personnel are available to teach hobbies like art and crafts, painting, etc. to the Residents as per schedule.
Indoor Games – Indoor games and other old age friendly games are arranged for the benefit of the residents as per schedule. Few competitions have also been organised.
Intellectual Continuity – AVI always encourages inter generational mixing to help develop continued interest in the environment and sharing of knowledge.
To this effect a tie up has been entered into with REVA University, where residents can go share knowledge and experience, tutor/ mentor students and be in Company of younger generation.
Library, Magazines and Newspapers – Residents have a choice to read various magazines and newspapers at the common gathering areas like lounge, reception as per schedule.
Movies – Appropriate numbers of screening of movies are arranged at the Complex as per schedule.
Music Room – Residents have facility to learn, practice and play music in the music Deck room which shall be equipped with suitable numbers of portable music systems. Music group has been formed and is operational in Parkside.
Television / Cable Viewing – Residents also enjoy watching Television in the lounges / designated sitting areas as per schedule.
Transportation Services – Scheduled Transportation services, to and fro for designated places as per pre-determined schedule is provided on charges basis.
